We are seeking Management Consultants to work with client leadership in the implementation of strategic change and operational initiatives. The tools we develop include Knowledge Maps&trade and elearning VOLTs&trade . Over 1 million people have experienced our tools.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead client management teams in the development of employee engagement tools that communicate strategy, business transformation, and operational initiatives.
- Collaborate with client management and internal creative and analytical team members.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the project team throughout the client engagement.
- Design Knowledge Map&trade and e-learning VOLT&trade solutions.
- Strong focus on meeting clients needs and on delivering sustainable organizational outcomes.
Minimum Requirements:
- A Master's (MBA, Masters in OD, Communication) or Bachelor's degree in business with several years of corporate work experience.
- Prior management consulting (Bain, BCG, Accenture) and Six Sigma experience a plus.
- Excellent client management skills.
- A proven ability to navigate through large organizations to establish relationships with client team members.
- Excellent project management, written, and verbal skills are critical.
- A proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to different client/project needs.
- Be a self-starter with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to travel globally 1-2 nights per week.

Currently we have an immediate opening for a contract Interactive Flash / ActionScript Developer in our Toledo Office. We are looking for a creative and highly motivated individual to join our eLearning team. Candidates must have a good foundation of Flash and ActionScript and an eye for design. We offer competitive compensation including health insurance and 401(k).
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with graphic artists, conceptors, narrators and consultants to create innovative eLearning tools
- Develop and maintain code developed in Flash / ActionScript
- Work with the team leader to meet all scheduled deliverables
- Create reusable Flash components to rapidly provide required functionality
- Troubleshoot and ensure timely and effective resolution of any issues with the project
- Perform integration of new code with existing code and tools
- Participate in design reviews and project status meetings as required and provide project status update with respect to work on hand
- Perform maintenance and operations on existing and future Flash applications
- Ability to work on multiple projects
Required Skills:

Education Requirements:
- BS in Computer Science or BA in Visual Communications or New Media with a back ground in Multi-media design
